Sexual violence against girls with disabilities is a crime human dignity and violation of rights. Children should get better protection from parents, society the government. This study will examine nature criminal responsibility for perpetrators sexual disabilities. research normative legal philosophical approach. The results show that essence as form protection, application sanctions community basic core respect, promotion, fulfillment who become victims violence.
